Yesterday I have started to organize the material collected during years in order to write my third book. Since i have said already everything I had to say on total cost management, project management and controls, this book shall be relevant to a different matter, namely to economic development from an engineering point of view. I’m planning to have it completed within six months from now in order to have it published within 2018.
