UNESCO World Heritage

Let’s have  a look to the table of the UNESCO World Heritage sites.

We can aggregate the data in a different manner, as below:

• European Union as a whole 189
• China 53
• India 37
• Mexico 35
• United Kingdom 31
• Russia 28
• United States 23
• Iran 23
• Japan 22

A further aggregation could be relevant to all states whose civilization is based on Christianity, either oriental or occidental; we should add to the above figure the United Kingdom and probably United States and Mexico.

Of course this is not a proof of the fact that the development of the world civilization was in substantial part due to Christianity, it’s only a quite important  clue.
