The full council meeting of the International Cost Engineering Council is being held every second year: actually, it has been held in Rio de Janero on the 8.th and the 9.th of October, 2016.
I am pleased to inform that I have been elected to the Admin. Vice Chair of the Council itself, for the term from 2016 to 2018, through a procedure that involved all the member associations: I hope to be able to give a positive contribution to the development of our profession as well as to the Council.
At this time, my memory goes to the late prof. ing. Luigi Pojaga, DIF, whom I consider my mentor in this profession.
