Kwadwo Osei-Asante

Kwadwo Osei-Asante has been the Chair of the International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) immediately before my terms of office. He made a great job that has created all the conditions to his successor, myself, to run the ICEC in the difficult COVID times. Unfortunately I did not really know him personally, I think I have met him only once at the World Congress in Rio de Janeiro in 2016: it’ sad that he’s not with us any more.
